These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) use of our web development, AI development, IT consulting, and related digital services, in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By signing a proposal or agreement, or by using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms

Website Usage

Users agree to use our website responsibly, refraining from activities that could harm the website, its security, or other users, including hacking attempts, spreading malware, or submitting unlawful content.

Data Privacy

Information collected through your use of our website and services is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which details what data is collected, how it is used, and the measures taken to protect your information.

Service Agreements

We provide web development, UI/UX design, AI solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting as described in your signed proposal or agreement. Services will be delivered professionally and within the agreed project scope.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, assets, and approvals promptly.
  • Ensure provided content is lawful and accurate.
  • Respond to communication and feedback requests without undue delays.
  • Follow the payment schedules as agreed.

Delays from the client in providing necessary information may affect project timelines and delivery.

Project Scope and Revisions

Projects will be executed per the agreed scope in the signed proposal, including up to two major revisions per phase (design, development). Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at our prevailing rates.

Payments

All payments should be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables. Aseef retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared proprietary information. Either party may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care. However, Aseef does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including rankings on search engines unless explicitly stated. Aseef is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from service use.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Aseef reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make timely payments.

Modifications

Aseef reserves the right to modify these Terms to comply with legal updates or operational changes. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect upon posting.Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
