Terms and Conditions

Aseef IT Holding Co. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) to govern how you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) engage with our web development, AI development, IT consulting, and other digital services, in line with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Signing a proposal or agreement with us, or otherwise making use of our services, means you accept these Terms.

Using Our Website

Visitors are expected to use our website in a responsible manner and must not engage in activity that could compromise the site, its security, or other users — this includes hacking attempts, distributing malware, or posting unlawful material.

Data Privacy

Any information gathered through your interactions with our website and services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how it is used, and the safeguards in place to protect it.

This includes how we handle data within the applications and products we build and operate, as well as the process for requesting deletion of an account and its associated personal information, both of which are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

Our Service Agreements

We deliver web development, UI/UX design, AI solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting in line with what is outlined in your signed proposal or agreement. Every engagement is carried out professionally and within the scope both parties have agreed to.

What We Expect From Clients

As a client, you are responsible for the following:

  • Supplying the necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
  • Making sure any content you provide is accurate and lawful
  • Responding to communications and feedback requests without unnecessary delay
  • Keeping to the payment schedule set out in your agreement

Please note that if you delay in providing information we need, this can push back the project timeline and delivery date.

Project Scope and Revisions

We carry out projects according to the scope defined in your signed proposal, which includes up to two major rounds of revisions per phase (such as design or development). Any revisions or requests beyond that agreed scope will be treated as additional work and billed at our standard rates.

Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the schedule agreed upon at the outset. If a payment is late, we may need to pause the project or suspend services until it is resolved. Fees paid are non-refundable, except where we have stated otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property Rights

Once you have paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. Aseef reserves the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both Aseef and the client commit to keeping any shared proprietary information confidential. For projects involving particularly sensitive material, either party is free to request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We carry out our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not promise specific business results including search engine rankings, unless this has been explicitly agreed in writing. Aseef will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Ending the Agreement

Either Aseef or the client may end the agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice. We also reserve the right to pause or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms or repeatedly fails to make payments on time.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. Any updated version will be published on our website and will apply from the moment it is posted. If you continue using our services after an update, that counts as acceptance of the revised Terms.
